  • I am not happy with my order after receiving it
    Our aim is to provide you with excellent service and ensure you are satisfied with your order, if you are however unhappy with your item, please contact us via email and we will work with you to come to a resolution. However, please note that refunds, returns and exchanges is not available for made to order item. For more information, please refer to our terms and conditions.
  • Can I change or cancel my order
    All order(s) will remain open for change or cancelation for up to 48hrs. After 48hrs, all order(s) are process for production and it will not be able to cancel.
  • Why Pre-order
    The pre-order is a solution to enable us manage the production line and also not to forget to improve sustainability against waste within the fashion industry in general.
  • Where are the clothes made?
    All the clothes that are sold by graceucha.com are made here in Norway. The fabrics are sourced within Europe from different dead stock fabric merchants.
  • I have not received my order confirmation?
    You should receive an order confirmation to the address that you provided during checkout. It is also possible that this might sometimes take a few moment to reach mailbox. You can also check the spam folder if you do not get the email directly to your inbox folder. Please send a mail to hello@graceucha.com if you still didn't your confirmation email, and we would definitively fix this for you.
  • Can I change my order?

  • International taxes and duties
    Please be aware that orders shipped outside Norway may be subject to local taxes, customs duties, and other fees imposed by the destination country. All orders made to deliver in Norway are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that the local taxes (VAT) and import duties are included in the price. Shipping within Norway is not subject to any additional charges when receiving the parcel. Grace Ucha does not take any responsibility of additional charges outside of Norway. Please check with Customs of your delivery country.
  • Is it possible to return my order?

  • How are my order shipped?
    Order within Norway are handled by Posten/Postnord Order from outside Norway will be handled by UPS
  • How long will it take to get my order?
    All order are produced within 3 weeks after purchase. you should also expect few date for shipping. Order inside Norway will take approximate 3 working days Order outside Norway will take up to 8 orking days
  • I haven’t received my order
    Once order(s) have been shipped, we will send you a mail to notify you and also a tracking number. it is now in the hands of the courier service and out of our control. If you haven’t received your order, we will first advise that you check the tracking information we provided you to see the status of your order as updated by the courier service. Still didn't receive your order yet out the estimated delivery period. Kindly reach out to us and we will try to help out from our end.
