1. Order Processing Time
a. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3 weeks from the date of purchase. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons.
b. Custom Orders: For custom-designed garments, processing times may be longer. Details regarding the production timeline will be communicated to you during the order confirmation process.

2. Shipping Rates and Options
a. Domestic Shipping: We offer free shipping within Norway through Posten and PostNord.
b. International Shipping: All international order are shipped by UPS. Rate are applied during checkout.

Shipping outside Europe is unavailable at this time
3. Shipping Times
a. Domestic Shipping: Standard shipping within Norway typically takes 1-3 days once the order has been processed.
b. International Shipping: Standard shipping international shipping are within 8 business days after the order has been processed.

a. Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
b. Tracking Updates: For real-time updates on the status of your shipment, you can use the provided tracking number on the carrier's website.

a. Unforeseen Delays: Grace Ucha is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural disasters, or customs delays for international orders.
b. Communication: In the event of a significant delay, our customer service team will notify you and provide updates on the status of your order.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Grace Ucha is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

1. Return Policy
Since each order is strictly made to order, it become difficult for us to resale it to another client.
That is why we leave all order open for at least 48 hours before we process it. You can cancel all your open order within 48 hours, after which we will process it and it is no longer possible to cancel or make changes to it.

2. Cancellation Policy
a. Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 48hrs of placing it. Contact our customer service team promptly to request cancellation.
b. Custom Orders: Orders for custom-designed garments cannot be canceled once the production process has started.
